When will architects realize that these high-rise projects are a terrible idea.

Not only do they alienate people and create social problems, they are less efficient than mid rise buildings 6-8 stories tall.

A truly "green" city would be 6-8 stories tall and would recognize the need for ecological as well as social sustainability.
