		<description>Yes, it could be new, interesting, and futuristic idea. But do we really need a moving or rotating skyscraper? Who will be served by this? I think that this is just for luxury and it would not be functional. What if the floor is owned by more than one resident? Who will control the thing? So, I found that this is just an illusion and a waste of money. Instead of this dynamic skyscraper we can build thousands of houses for homeless people. We have a lot of other problems to solve through architecture other than living in a rotating house to enjoy different views during the day !!</description>
